1 : Where can I find Most Popular members on this site?      Almost every link can be found under My Account tab. Of course, log in helps. 2 : I click on the profile and I can’t see the member photos.      You should create profile and upload photos to take full advantage of site features. 3 : I didn’t get any answer from the member after I requested password for Password protected photos.      Some people are not interested in allowing other then their friends to see their Password Protected photos. No answer means not interested. 4 : How can I stop someone acting not normal in the chat room area?      You can contact us and report the member’s login name. We will prevent the member form entering the chat area. 5 : It’s funny. I created a login ID and activated my account after receiving the confirmation email. But I still run into pages that ask me to create profile.      That’s right. To take full advantage of all of our site’s features, you need to create profile and upload photos. After doing so you will only run into green lights. 6 : I know a member who has created a fake profile and uploaded fake pictures.      In cases like that, we would appreciate if you inform us the member’s name. What's that for?      That means that particular member has proved his/her identity. It’s been proven that the profile and the pictures shown truly represent the member. The REAL ID can be obtained from Get real ID area in My Account page. 9 : I have uploaded couple of photos of mine. But the photo I want is not showing as main photo on my profile.      To upload pictures you need to create profile first then from Photo Manager in My Account page upload your pictures.
